As a group of students they treated us in a disrespectful and inconsiderate and abusive manner. Wouldn't rent from them again, be ready to fight for your money.

I do not recommend this agency. I am definitely never renting anything with them again. They are inconsiderate and abusive I have rented one of the properties they offer (Draycott Court) for a year. As far as I know, two people work here: - A man showed us the property, he was really nice, helpful and was happy to answer all of our questions. - The second one, Lorraine, is in charge of answering emails, managing the properties and paperwork. She is rude, unfriendly and often disrespectful. On a separate note, our property was rented September 2019 - October 2020. When the covid19 pandemic hit in march, we (3 students) had to go back home during lockdown. The property would go unused for the next 6 months. We asked the landlords for a rent reduction or reducing the duration of the contract. They said no to all of our suggestions, arguing that we had already signed the contract for that and payed in advance (since we did not have a guarantor). No one in the agency moved a single finger to try and help us during this uncertain and hard situation. What's more, in later emails they said that "Your Landlord has been fair and reasonable during the Tenancy". Strange concept of fair and reasonable. At the end of our tenancy, they charged 35 pounds from our deposit just for removing a few kitchen utensils we forgot to remove from the property. As I said, I would not recommend them. They have been rude and abusive and also tolerated the abuses of the landlords towards us.
