        Excellent service and amazing piano from Mark Goodwin. We received emails from Mark and Julie with videos and information of different pianos. Dexter showed me the piano in the showrooms and the piano arrived within 72hours. So happy with Yamaha U3...couldn't recommend highly enough. Thank you

        Really knowledgeable and efficient. Dexter was very personable and helpful. He met me at their London outlet (it's inside the Yellow Storage building). There was no rush - I had plenty of time to try the pianos and ask questions. After sales service from the Oldham head office was also excellent in terms of communications and specialist delivery. I had the piano in my home (not in London) within a week of purchase. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a quality secondhand Yamaha piano.
