David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and very willing to provide knowledge and good advice.
This is apparently the official showroom (and shop) connected with the official Salvi warehouse. Everything in the store is less than a month old from the factory. They sell new harps and rent out some models of new harps as well, with a huge range available in store from both Salvi as well as Lyon and Healy (which Salvi bought in 1987).
They have a much greater range of new harps than InstrumentBK (who from what I can tell seem to focus more on renting/selling second hand harps).
Salvi Music is a little way out of London (South West) but can be reached by changing from the tube to the overground at Victoria Station.
