Very disappointed service after 6 year been a tenant with this agency but I guess they only care about the big commissions from the landlords, Ashling a senior manager fail to acknowledge for multiple times proof how we left the flat not even bother to look at the pictures and only help the Landlord try to rip me of 400 for few dust he saw on the windows rails what a joke, definitely won't be a customer again.

Emilia Minopoli is the BEST Sales Negotiator in London. I recently completed the sale of my Battersea property with KFH and although the process was somewhat long & complex due to external third party factors beyond our control, Emilia made the entire process stress free and easy. Her communication skills are top tier, I received regular email and telephone updates on a weekly basis and she went above and beyond on many occasions. Given the fact that it was my first time selling a property, what was initially a nerve wracking experience turned out to be exceptionally pleasant, all thanks to Emilia. Ina Betsi (Sales Assistant Manager) proved fundamental in helping my mum list her Battersea property initially and following our first meeting with Ina we were both left really impressed. Ina sat down with us both an explained the entire sales process with us in detail, but in a format that we could both easily understand given the fact that it was my Mothers first time selling a property. I was extremely impressed by Inas knowledge of the market, her in depth knowledge of the area and the fact that she was well informed on the performance of other comps in the area similar to ours who had sold recently. Ina left us both feeling 100% trusting of KFH and reassured that they were the best estate agent to deal with our sale. Ina is extremely pleasant in person and I couldnt have wished for anyone else to have sat down with my Mother and guide her through the process of getting the property listed, setting a realistic asking price and arranging an impressive number of viewings.
