        Had a terrible experience with this practice. The Gp did not care at all, gave false information and was always repeating what she read on nhs website while visiting me. Bad communication and no empathy whatsoever. The worse medical care ever.

        Use less even for child who has lungs issues i hope some IT4 make reports about them and i am waitfng my full check up since 2016 then I gave up so why gov charge NI

        Outstanding service from excellent doctors backed up by a very efficient electronic systems (electronic appointment booking by telephone - same-day; electronic registration when arriving at the surgery, ticker-tape style board to call people and electronic prescriptions) all make the process very efficient, low-stress, on-time and simple. A delight to be a patient at this surgery. Thank you Bridge Lane Surgery team and Doctors.
