Big red removals have moved me twice now and cannot fault them. Reliable, professional and quick despite my flat being extremely difficult to move things out of. I would always now use BRR and have recommended to friends.

I would not use this company. Whilst the removal team itself was very professional and on time, the organisation of the main office is shocking. We had a number of issues which included (i) charging my card without authorisation (this happened on a number of occasions), (ii) it taking almost 3 months from receiving our goods back from storage to process our insurance claim and (iii) upon settlement of the claim, not paying me back the excess which is deducted by the insurer and which is to be paid directly to me by BRR. Very unprofessional and i still have not received back the excess!

The same experience as many others, significant damage to items in storage with little concern from BRR. We paid for the insurance, but a major effort over many months to get BRR to submit the claim to their insurers and currently show no signs of paying the excess that is due. Multiple -mails with minimal or no response and no action. Will need to take next steps to get the money. They do not belong to BAR and have no complaint procedures on their website.
