Aspire is our go to agency now for non other reason but one Charlie Floyd! We met Charlie while trying to buy a home from abroad. Charlie took the time to understand our situation and went above and beyond to organise video calls, virtual tours, and help us understand the neighbourhood as we were in and out of the country relocating. He knows the market and this neighbourhood inside out and was a fantastic guide through the entire process. After we lost our first offer to a local buyer (in insight we're so glad we did), Charlie found us a much better property through a private sale.The house is within 5 mins walking distance from our kids' schools with a large southwest facing garden, it has everything we asked for and more. When an unexpected previous buyer came back half way through with a higher new offer, Charlie went out his way to negotiate with the seller a reasonable counter offer to secure our purchase and satisfied the seller. He also has great relationships with mortgage brokers and solicitors making the entire process seamless and easy. Professional, efficient, and responsive, Charlie is also honest and warm. You could tell he truly cares for his clients! Weve met agents who just focus on the sales, and then there is Charlie who truly care about the people and what they want, and it matters especially when comes to finding a home not just a property. In the end, when the seller asked to change the closing date due to an injury, Charlie helped them move out personally so we could move in on time before the kids school started. My boys simply adore him! (no candy bribing involved) We couldnt recommend Charlie enough. We found and got our house keys 2-months after we landed in London, all thanks to Charlie!
