H&G have been absolutely fantastic throughout the viewing, sale and post-sale stages of my property purchase. Alex was patient and extremely helpful along every step of the journey. He kindly let me view the property as many times as I wanted to before I chose to put in an offer (without applying any pressure at all), personally chased third parties daily for the necessary documents prior to exchange to facilitate my desired timeline (thereby taking the pressure off me) and was extremely responsive and professional at every step. Post-sale, Alex made sure I was happy and even popped round to help sort out a few minor technical water issues thanks to his knowledge of the building. I couldnt recommend him and H&G highly enough - they definitely operate differently to any other estate agent Ive ever come across, showing that they genuinely care about their clients. The entire process was a pleasure and Im SO happy with my amazing flat :) Alex, thanks for all your help in guiding me through my first property purchase! You are a legend.
