        feel I have to write this as its clear that the doctors of today have no time for patients or their real problems or concerns,after experiencing some back pain I attended the doctors, though this would be a good opportunity to tell the doctor how I've been feeling and explain some problems I'm going through such as how I feel depressed and the doctor took no time to listen to me or offer any help and I left there feeling why did I bother and then they wonder why people have no trust in any services anymore

        I received after registration I can not do anything.I said you could explain!I did not receive any letter after registration or Phone call, I am without medications past two weeks:

        Sadly I have to leave a bad review. I've tried to arrange an appointment with a GP, but reception never picks up the phone. This isn't a one off. I try every day and still same outcome. Nobody picks up the phone. Shame as the GPs are really good there. Need to add, the older lady in a reception is extremely rude. Please could you offer your staff some training how to speak with the patients.
