Extremely supportive towards me and my family. Accommodating for all our needs and always made time for us to assist us where we needed no matter the time of day. Thank you so much for your help with supporting us for my Grandads funeral, a truly difficult time but you reassured us all the way.

Our Mum passed away April 13 2021 and I contacted the Co-op funeral service to handle the funeral arrangements. I spoke with Yvonne and she was fantastic, she went above and beyond for us. She felt our pain, and held our hands all the way. The viewing was tranquil, there were no foul smell hanging around. Our Mum was laid to rest peacefully. This was our second time using The Co-op and they always deliver excellent service I would definitely recommend. Thank you Yvonne and Derek all the best for the future. Georgetteb

Couldn't do enough for us. The arranger really understood our needs and was a great support. No sales pitch, just good honest Coop care.

Firstly i would like to make people aware you must ask if & when your loved one is going to be cremated how you are going to receive your loved ones ashes back as we were mortified when we were given back my father presented to us in a paperbag only described as looking like a fast food take away if we had been asked we would of payed for even a plastic urn.when we complained later the service was awful. Was blamed on the crematorium & even was my sisters fault for not checking at the time we collected dads ashes... Very unprofessional & left a bad taste would never use these people again my dad deserved more respect than to be given back like a food parcel..when challenged management about this was told they dont believe in hard sales yet in my opinion was no differant from the choice of picking which coffins etc..co op you should be ashed of yourselfs you certainly didnt give my beloved dad the respect he deserved when you returned him to us
