We spoke to several contractors to resolve the issue of replacing our entire ground floor and installing under floor heating, WITHOUT removing, and potentially damaging our stone island worktop. Tim and his team were the only ones to come up with a solution, and they were true to their word. It is a fine floor now and everything was done in the 2-3 weeks they suggested when quoting. Ask to have Memo working on your floor - he is a true craftsman. There was an issue that happened during our install that required the floor to be taken up again. But the team were very good about helping to fix the problem and Memo made it look like brand new after refitting again. Thank you Tim, Memo and the team

I had a few firms in to quote for sanding, repairing and staining my wooden floor. Some were real cowboys.HS were the best of the lot- Tim came round, listened to what I wanted, measured and checked, and sent me an itemised quote promptly, which we then discussed and customised. Then Dylan came round to do the work. Both very professional, friendly and polite. Expected the work to take three days, but Dylan worked late and finished it in two, checking with me all the way through as to choice of stain and finishes.
