If I could have given them ZERO STARS, I would have. Completely unreasonable Holiday Return policy!!! I tried to return an online item on December 27th, that I purchased for my daughter's Christmas present. I had ordered it early to ensure that it would arrive before Christmas (they ship from Europe). Horrible Customer service!!! Three unanswered emails. When I finally called, they refused to even let me escalate to a supervisor or give me the number of a supervisor. Please don't buy anything from this company! I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased.

If I ever receive my order IN FULL I will give one more store. 1. I was given a tracking number for UPS. The parcel did not arrive. I phoned UPS who confirmed the label was made but never scanned meaning the box never left the warehouse. I contacted customer service with no response. Finally called (located in Los Angeles) and was told theyd contact their logistics department. 2. Was given another tracking number. Waited. Received a box. Only ONE item was in the box with no sign of the second item. The proforma even had an X mark over the missing item so it was obviously never in the box to begin with. 3. Contacted customer service again. No response. Called again. They said theyd contact the logistics department. I am still waiting for a resolution. Buyer beware. They are quick to take your money, but dont seem keen to send your purchase. If this werent a well-known brand Id have thought Id gotten scammed.

I don't recommend using - I have had a piece of jewellery that was faulty and I returned. This was almost a year ago and I am still waiting for a solution. They refuse to give a refund and the codes that I keep getting given for credit note don't wok - and then items that say they are in stock get notified that they are no longer in stock after 3 months of waiting. Totally dreadful service

Having read the reviews here i thought I'd better leave one. I buy clothes regularly from the Westwood website and have never had any issues. I've also returned items when they don't fit - again with no issues at all.
