        Saracen were really quick and friendly and did a fantastic upgrade to my slow old laptop, that was near enough unusable in the end it took so long to start up or open any programmes. They managed to sort it out and get rid of all the old unused items that had built up over the years. It's rejuvenated, its now quick and working great. They've saved me wasting money on buying a new one, the one they fixed is like new now. Thanks for sorting the antivirus also. Many thanks.
