Avoid if you in pain! I pulled my back that I couldnt move . I gone to visit them. My appointment lasted literally 10 min and didnt make any difference then. I was supposed to come a day after but that morning I got a call with invitation for a back scan which clashed with appointment at the clinic. After calling receptionist was absolutely rude over the phone!!!! Saying I have to pay as per contractual agreement! Ive asked her to send me contract and a payment link to my email as I didnt have my card on me and was rushing out, with my bad back, to the scan appointment. Thats not how they should treat they clients especially when they sow the state of me a day before. I never said I wasnt going to pay she just needed a payment over the phone there and then , without understanding me. Totally not accepted! The phisio therapist was good but I would not be back.

I only had a brief interaction but it warrants a 5 star review for the service the clinic, particularly Rob, gave me over the phone. Rob had a very kindly professional manner and recommended some exercises for me, calling back later in the day to check up on me. Beyond what Id have expected from an unsolicited call.

Being pretty sporty (regular golf and tennis) and in my 60s I need a chiropractor on call. Thank goodness for Rob. It may not happen very often but when I do need him he is there and completely reliable. It is so important to have someone who inspires confidence and Robert dos that in spades> I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Rob and the BBC to anyone with back issues.
