Below 1! I have my bike to repair in shop for 2 months, no one sends emails or calls back. Shop never pick up the phone. Still waiting for my bicycle to get fix since March. Even though I rarely get the chance to speak with them on the phone, they rarely pick up the phone, to say they are very sorry and they will see whats the problem and they will give a call back which they never do and this happened 5 times already. I am on my 2nd year or cycle care plan maintenance for me not to deal with this issues when there's a problem with the bike and that's what I'm getting. Been paying from my pocket to commute to work while the bike still lingering in the shop. Do not waste your time and money in this shop! Completely useless and unacceptable
