        Dropped off my bike for a service this morning. Picked it up this afternoon and can say hand on heart that it feels like a brand new bike. So pleased with the price and the service. They even cleaned it. Thanks so much. I have no problem giving this shop a 100% recommendation

        A fantastic shop. The team in there are very welcoming and knowledgable about the bikes. I spoke to Arryn (I believe), who walked me through all the bikes. I also spoke to Luca on the phone who knew lots about the bikes too. Never felt pushy or rude. I would really recommend this shop for your next purchase.

        Id like to thank all the guys from Battersea shop. I wasnt an easy costumer, I did about four test rides, but their professional advice was priceless. I collected my first e-bike today and Id recommend the Electric Bike Shop for everyone who looks for a new e-bike and for everyone who is still not convinced to e-bikes :) thanks guys!
