When it was called The Westbridge, before Brewdog took over, it was much better - food wise and the service. We used to go often for Sunday lunch or Fish&Chips. The staff were amazing! The pub was lively and full of people, not only on weekends but during the week too. I have lived in the area for 10 years and I can see the difference. It lost its charm now unfortunately and the quality went down. It is empty most of the times. Few people here and there. Food is not well made or sometimes there is no kitchen available at all. Brewdog beers are good but before there was much better choice and different rare brands from around the world.

Nice pub and staff seemed really lovely! I must advise people not to order the food here. Firstly the quality of the food is terrible, almost as if its microwaved. The sausages and mash were very average, the mash extremely lumpy and bland. My partner had the chicken burger which was dry and tasteless. Brownie came out which was laughably small with two lumps of ice cream for 7. Eating bad food is one thing, but paying a lot of money for bad food is not acceptable. Also seeing other reviews of people having food poisoning from this pub is extremely concerning. Come for drinks, please dont eat the food. You will instantly regret it
