Customer service starts at the door, I was passing after being on the bus for a hour, I went in to use the toilet and went as far even to offer to buy something and they refused. Your telling me even someone who is willing to pay for something in a currently empty place can't use your toilet, I have a hidden disability and I shouldn't have to disclose that for the human right to use to toilet!!!!! Doesn't matter if the food is good or not I would avoid at all cost due to how I was treated.

Amazing food, wine and service Absolutely superb food and wine list. The veal chop with morells was the best dish I've eaten in a long time. Great atmosphere and excellent service from a professional team. This is the best all round restaurant in Battersea by some way.
