I called this company two times and at the same time sent emails but for some reason did not get a reply both times. The enquiry was about central vacuum cleaning. It is just frustrating companies seem to have a bias who they choose to select as customers.

I came across Richard when I was renovating my house approximately 4 years ago. From the outset, Richard was approachable, knowledgeable and left me to make my own informed decisions. After selecting the BEAM Vacuum system, it was installed by Phil. I subsequently had to concentrate on other parts of the build and did not make contact with Richard again for several months. The guys picked up where they left off and completed the installation. To date, we have not had any problems with our centralised Vacuum System and would highly recommend the same system to anyone. I have had to contact Richard/Carla regarding additional [parts and they have been very helpful. I would highly recommend RB Central Systems to anyone. They provide a jargon-free, competitively priced and market leading service.

I contacted this company as it was a local business and I am a great believer in supporting local businesses. Over an 8 day period I repeatedly rang them to arrange a repair of a heating recovery unit, the receptionist took my details and told me someone would contact me soon. Upon the 3rd phone call and 4 days later to reception I eventually got a call back from a very helpful heating engineer allowing me to explain the problem I had. He instructed me to leave the details of the HRU system with reception and an appointment to attend my property would be made. I contacted reception a further 3 times and each time I was told someone would contact me shortly,.......that was over a week ago now and still no call back. The customer service has been terrible and has left me frustrated and annoyed with the whole experience. I have since contacted a rival company and the service has been nothing but outstanding. As a result of this experience I will not recommending RB Central Vacuum & Ventilation Systems to anyone!
