The tablet for a TV in a position only one of you can watch is also a big flaw .
And as with an earlier review, there is no sink inside or outside to just wash your hands and brush your teeth . The weather was fine on my stay but I'd hate to have to use the outside shower) toilet in the rain and wind as uve literally no shelter , when accessing them , also you basically step out in to the main house garden ,can be potentially embarrassing when going to use the shower etc .,
A bit more honesty with what you're getting would be more beneficial.
Good points .
It's in a very quiet secluded part of a small private housing area, safe place to park , the room itself was very clean ,comfortable large bed ,
The microwave ,toaster ,kettle are a great addition if you didn't have to crawl on your knees to use them ( but is too hard offer some complimentary tea, sugar and milk ,as it's mainly only a short stay establishment) , so should be repositioned in my opinion , the room has been insulated and sound proofed to a high standard , Stan's supermarket only a couple of miles away is brilliant , and a takeaway as well very handy , overall good out weighs any niggling issues, as i was working locally and it was cheaper than its normal rates. But at the end of the day its a room all be it a excellent one ,above a garage in some ones back garden , I'd Def use again but not at its normal rate as I'd want a real en suite and not a out door one ,

In order to give a balanced view, if it were honestly listed I'm sure it would appeal to many people, mainly I would assume in summer and for a short stay. It does have many benefits. Unfortunately, by using what in my view is extreme overstatement of every facility and not bringing attention to the main potential issues, in particular the outside toilet and shower are not even mentioned on the mobile version of the website I saw, it sounds attractive to people who would not choose to stay if it were honestly listed. It lists of a seating area, a desk, a kitchenette. So it sounds pretty big and spacious. In reality it's very small one room, inadequately heated in cold weather.
