Awful. Do not book. Booked a taxi from the airport home. Although it was a day with train strikes, they were claiming that their journey was taking 3 hours. Clearly lied on the phone about where they were and did not show up, making me wait for no reason. Do not book with them.

Unfortunately normally good service but the dispatch team, after telling them an arrival time at the airport didn't send the driver until 45 mins after waiting. When calling at the arrival time they said 10 minutes before they'll be there, and kept saying that every ten minutes until the driver arrived 45 minutes later.

Booked taxi to attend a wedding, it has been 25 minutes and no one has turned up. No reply from their number despite calling three times.

Ive been a long time customer and most of the drivers are wonderful, so it is not about the drivers but about whoever takes your booking. Not for first time, another long delay happened to me today. The taxi was delayed over 30 minutes from my collection time, nobody bothered calling me or at least send tracking. I had to call the office few times and was twice said that there was a slight delay of 5-10 minutes. After 30 minutes waiting, called again and the taxi was still another 10 minutes away. It just very disappointing and disrespectful to your customers! If you dont have a taxi available, just say so! Suffice to say that when I canceled my booking and got Uber there was no traffic on the road at all.
