Irresponsible and liars! I totally understand that the train strike caused challenges to taxi firms. I booked a taxi at 3pm for 6pm pickup as I needed to get my son from Nursery. I called at 5:45pm and was told to relax as a cab was on its way. At 6:05pm I called and was told they were very busy and I'd need to wait 15 minutes. I told them to please tell me if it would be any longer and to just be honest as my son was left stranded and I needed to let the nursery know what was happening. They assured me it was going to be 15 minutes. When I called again, they said the original driver for 6pm had canceled and they'd be trying to assign a new driver all this time and I'd have to just wait. I never heard back again so no taxi would have come. My son was left waiting and the nursery staff couldn't finish their day. It was absolutely awful and all due to their lying. If they'd have been upfront at 6:05pm I could have made alternative plans in good time.

Absolutely pathetic excuse of a service. I work in hospitality and called a cab on behalf of a guest. The poor man, who also has disabilities was waiting for 2 hours and had to cancel his carer who was due to look after him that night. When asked what was taking so long the response was it was a Friday night. We were told it would be 20-25 minutes. If you are busy, don't lie and provide inaccurate wait times. Avoid like the plague

If I could have given this company 0 stars I would have! Utterly useless, rude and unprofessional. Stated on the quote that all pick-up fees were included (Heathrow), then texted asking for 5 and then demanded 5 when picking up for the parking - bearing in mind this was a 37 base fee to get home and a 25 on the way there (fees included). Driver turned up 10 minutes late and demanded 5 or wont take you so I didnt and he drove off. Customer service at its lowest. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - as the driver was there they are disputing the cause and want to still charge me! Absolute cowboys
