On 16 June 2022 I booked a taxi from this company for my sons ALevel exams ahead of the tube strike. They emailed me the day before my sons exams (20 June 2022) that they were cancelling my booking as they claimed they had NO cars available. They mentioned they would refund me of course thats what l expected. Today 19 July 2022 still no refund and no response to emails. Totally unreliable, unprofessional and l am now entering into a dispute as l am definitely getting my money back from this dishonest company.

Called for an early morning airport quote. Got a very high price so said will come back to them. Ended up calling back and accepted the price as most places were fully booked. Then the operator increased his price because I had the audacity to check in with other companies. Fortunately I found a better alternative. Really unpleasant experience. I would avoid.

HOW DARE YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF VULNERABLE PEOPLE LIKE THIS?!! SHAMEFUL!!! AWFUL!!! The taxi driver was a complete bully. I used this taxi company to drive my elderly mother from the airport. He charged her an extra 25 because it took her a while to collect her suitcase from baggage control - this was not in her control and she had already prepaid for the service!! He didn't help with her suitcase and she has mobility problems !
