Unless you are taking in the World Cup to be engraved be prepared for sarcastic comments on what it is you are taking in.
This guys attitude has gone from slightly rude to downright disrespectful. Had been using this service regularly for charity engraving but this last visit was a step too far. Being told your item isnt urgent in his eyes was the final straw.
Will not be using again.

Absolutely disgusted by the sarcastic approach from the man working in here today regarding engraving a watch.
So rude and was told wed be put to the back of the list of all other works he already had to do so would probably take 2 weeks! Completely disinterested and rude.
The jewellers however are lovely. Would never recommend this place as an engravers!
