        Mark Dungworth (owner) is without a doubt the rudest most unprofessional and obnoxious person weve ever dealt with. Not only is the property poorly maintained but the manner in which he conducts himself is a joke. He refused to help us on many occasions, and only added to our stress, whilst living at the property. Then when selling, it became apparent that he had very little interest in providing us with documents that were very very important for the sale. Avoid this business at all costs
