The whole place is a joke customer service well there is none why does not the area manager go in there and sort them out the service is terrible

Absolutely disgusted. I bought some tobacco and when opened it was dust dried tobacco and when I returned to complain they refused to exchange it!!!!!!! DEFINITELY not shopping here again and I will tell everyone else

The Post Office is soul-destroyingly slow. You wait in-line for ages (not healthy in this pandemic world) as the few staff operate in a miasma of lethargic indifference. They dislike their job and us, the customers who keep bothering them by being there. Close to zero customer service. Brace yourself upon entering. If you see a queue - be warned - you might be gone some time.

Its a normal shop like any other. I only gave five stars because the horrid racist comment above. A mistake is a mistake and anyone could have done that.

The worst shop I have ever been and experienced. I am single mum and I went on Saturday to the shop to top up my gas & electric keys, I have asked the Indian guy who worked at the till to top up 5 on each key. I though he did, but then on Tuesday evening I'm trying my gas key and it telling me zero balance, so there it wasn't no money on my gas card, so when I insert the electric key it was 10, so he put 10 of my electric key, but nothing on my gas card. So I don't know who employee them the all Indians and packistan who cannot speak English. They don't even pay attention to customers what they asking for. They doing the job for the sake of it. The shop stinks worst the animals farm. They rude, they ignorend, no manners. Worst worst worst shop I have ever ever been to.
