Emma's Nails

After years of customer loyalty to this place, I have finally given up. Even though I have always found the staff friendly and welcoming they just cannot seem to get themselves organised. They are often quite busy I guess because they are cheap, yet if you book an appointment, you are still kept waiting. Either make the salon just walk ins or just appointments because it is not working doing both. The last few times I had a gel manicure, it started peeling within days, that was the final straw. Made an appointment to avoid the queue. Arrived a few minutes early but still had to wait 30 minutes. Why make appointments?? They seem more concerned with money than customer satisfaction. They rushed and gel only lasted a couple of weeks. Sad to say I wont be going back and wouldnt recommend them. Such a shame as used to be very good. Service: Gel manicures

I had an amazing experience today and my nails were done exactly how i wanted them and they turned out great though i should have booked because i had to wait quite a while as it was busy but it was so worth it
