Great service from E&O Flooring, Surbiton & Chessington The carpets were fitted in the bedrooms and stairs/landing in March 2023. Sam & Gary have done a superb job and were really great on the day ensuring the job was approached in the best possible way. I am very pleased with the delivery timing and result. Many thanks.

Decided to go with E&O flooring after John Lewis took payment and then their subcontractor refused to install the carpet. Despite the initial miscommunication issues, the installation was very quick (45mins) and the carpet looks great (cheaper than JL too).

Great choice of flooring available in shop. Helpful staff, no pressure. Delivery was longer than expected as flooring was shipped from Europe ... nothing can be done about that. The floor was fitted this week. Dan & co have done an amazing job with the fitting. Nothing was too much trouble, they moved all the furniture around without a word :) real service with a smile. Dan is a credit to the store. We really appreciate all of their hard work this week. I would 100% recommend.
