Having being landlords for over a decade with a local property in Surbiton, becoming somewhat jaded with the lacklustre performance from the agency we had used for that time, it was high time we injected renewed energy into the lettings and management process. In considering several property management agencies for the fully managed service, it had to be Dexters of Surbiton who, since our initial contact, were out of the blocks and have provided the very service, attitude and approach we were crying out for. Speed, thoroughness, placing the property in high esteem when marketing it, keeping us informed, answering all queries and being in full support of the landlord's needs has all been met in a manner we have been extremely impressed and satisfied with. Although I didnt end up finding my property through dexters, Hope in the surbiton office had to be the best agent I dealt with, always sending me through properties and keeping in regular contact. Really thankful for her continued help during my search and all the viewings she organised for me.

After looking for a flat to rent for over a month we met Codie from Dexters. From day one she was understanding of our situation that we had just immigrated from South Africa and that our knowledge of the rental market in the UK was non-existent. Codie took her time to explain the market and how it all works as well as helped us with all the relevant paper work. She was always available to call and would reply to our emails immediately.
