TransGas Services did a fantastic job supplying and installing a new boiler in my home. Every member of staff I dealt with was fantastic; Katy on the phones, John through emails and Mitch, our engineer. After a call out that was promptly booked to inspect a boiler leak, they provided me with quotes for the repair, quotes for 2 different boilers and advice on upgrading our home system including installing a new smart thermostat. Their advice appeared sound and honest and helped me decide on the right thing to do. Mitch was on time, tidy, polite and even helped with a couple of other minor issues we had with a couple of radiators. He was happy to help and it took him just two minutes to solve an issue that wed had for months. Ive had difficulties with plumbers and heating engineers in the past but Im delighted to know that TransGas are exceptional and Ill be using them for everything in the future. Transgas come to do a service my air-conditioning unit at my business premises and the service engineer was very professional with great customer service, the booking system was very quick and within 2 minutes I had an appointment booked for the next day. I highly recommend Transgas for any air-conditioning work that needs to be done. 5 Star to Transgas, keep up the good work.

After forgetting to have our boiler serviced I reached out to Transgas who fitted me in not only quickly but at a time that suited our busy work schedules. They arrived on time and even text me a GPS locating the driver and with their details so I knew who to expect. Dan was incredibly helpful and honest and even spent the time letting us know how we could save money on our gas bills using the boiler. No other plumbing company had taken the time to inform us what all the buttons and switches were for, but now have a much better idea. After giving it the full bill of health, Dan followed up with us to check everything was OK once he had left. The service from booking to call out was exceptional and I would highly recommend Transgas to friends and family as well other recommending them to others outside of this network.
