I can thoroughly recommend Hawes and Co of Surbiton. We all know it is a highly stressful business buying a home and Hawes and Co were excellent in guiding me through every step of the process. They even offered to help me with the paperwork and the use of their printer because I was in temporary accommodation at the time. A refreshing experience. We all know the property market is crazy at the moment. However Sara Cornish and the lettings team in Surbiton were absolutely brilliant. Flexible viewings, minimal stress and quick answers from the landlord all orchestrated by Sara. Im now in a lovely premium flat at a reasonable price. Oh she didnt try to rinse me on the rent either! A good deal. Would definitely use again.
