        Appalling treatment. I missed my booked appointment as my daughter got sick this morning, needed a last minute appointment at the doctor and was kept home from school, which obviously was my priority and had nobody to take care of her. This was impossible for me to forseen. I tried to rebook and they say they will not give me an appointment I need to "try my luck" and walk in. Should be ilegal for any establishment that provide health services, including eye test and specially as the only ones in the area, to decide not to see customers. Not very human treatment.

        Alpesh always goes above and beyond for his customers and the staff are always helpful with advice and queries, they recommend whats best for you rather than trying to get you to spend more money!

        The best experience I have had having my eye and contact lens test with RAINA recently. Not only did I learn so much but she gave me new lenses to try and it is like I have brand new eyes! The customer always benefits when someone loves their profession. She is very professional and thorough.

        Exceptional customer service. Alpesh went above and beyond to help me take care of my eyes. I have some issues and risks with my eyes and I am moving abroad. Alpesh offered to send me by email all the pictures and also take some more pictures so when I check my eyes abroad they have a previous reference. Thank you Alpesh
