        man on the phone made fun of my household salary and told me to look on gumtree instead for rooms. he told me postgrad students belong on gumtree and craigslist not estate agencies. extremely childish man , berated me until i started crying

        Really bad experince ....we are renting property from 3 years. unprofessional people specially MATHEW and David. Mathew abused and shouted at me for no reason. They dont do proper work just cashing money in sitting at the office abusing their clients When we have issue they dont respond to it no matter how urgent it is. very very dissapointed with these childish unprofessional people. The owner of the company knows about his staffs behaviour and does not seem to care. NEVER EVER rent with these unprofessional gready money making machines. Always rent if you have direct contact with the Landlord. These people never let us contact the landlady directly. I have never seen anyone behave like this in a Business.
