Just had the worst experience of my life in this store. Imagine being profiled by a staff just cause you of a different race. Was embarrassed to the core. I have been in thousands of stores and never in my existence did I experience this. If this isnt racial profiliNg then the staff need better training or they need to employ people with better personalities. Came in with my sister in a good mood and left here crying thanks to the old white man who has zero manner of approach. And i dont wish anyone bad but i wish him the worst in life for making me feel how i felt. Been to other BHF stores and i have met wonderful people but this has to be the Worst.

Not sure why theres quite a few 1 star reviews here, but I thought this was a good charity shop with very friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to recommend the multiple dvd offers they had. A positive experience :)

I try to refrain from leaving 1* but couldn't help it. Whenever you walk into the store you just do not feel welcome. staff are horrible especially the very short woman. When i pay cash I get a dirty look and throws the change on the counter and rubs her hands with sanitizer. I do get that Covid has been around but its insulting as if I had plans to give her an illness. I normally have a browse but some of the prices in the store cost more than new. I do understand its for charity but they really need to look into it.

I've kept quiet about this for a long time but couldn't leave it anymore. The staff are horrible and make you feel bad just for browsing at their stock. not to mention the short woman there most days is the least charitable woman imaginable.
