Avery Cole - Lettings & Property Management

Philip and team provided us with an outstanding service, and I cannot recommend Avery Cole highly enough! Having been let down by another local letting agency just 3 day prior to our moving date, Philip and the team did a remarkable job of arranging tenancy of an alternative property within this extremely tight time frame. Viewings, negotiation, referencing, contracting and preparation of the property were completed within 3 days allowing us to move in on our required date. Despite the haste of the operation, the level of service delivered by Avery Cole was simply exceptional. Indeed I have never received such excellent service from another letting agency over the past decade in which I have rented property in various areas across the UK. Philip brings a high level of professionalism to an industry which (from my experience) is sadly lacking. Many thanks to Philip and the Avery Cole team - we are grateful for your hard work!

Avery Cole don't just rent properties, they rent dreams. When you need to contact them, simply call and be serenaded with Phil's golden, unbelievably smooth voice. I still can't believe it's not butter. Patrick and the other team members were also always responsive and knew what was going on with the property. As they say, communication is the key to love, and you better believe Avery Cole have the keys.

Kai Green - is a fake name and review. There has never been a tenant in any of the properties let by the agency with a tenant of this name. However, we do believe we know who this person is. Unfortunately we are not able to control 'trolling' and anyone reading this comment should look to the more positive reviews which are far more accurate. The agency is a small 'family style' agency, both landlords and tenants have been with us for many years and we pride ourselves in satisfying all our clients all the time.
