The Sweat Society Surbiton

Couldn't recommend enough! The perfect offering of classes and a really lovely and welcoming team :) I joined in February 2022 and have noticed a sugnificant improvement in my overall fitness and wellbeing. It's the first time in my life that I've been consistent with my fitness and that's largely due to the variety of classes, which are tough but fun and the community feel. Thanks Sweat Society!

It was a fantastic place to improve my mental health back in the days. If you can afford it, make it work Hot Yoga it's a must. It's an unfortunate thing that I can't afford it. But best place to go for.

I dont normally write reviews but this studio is the best in the area by a long stretch! Hot Yoga is my normal class attendance - excellent instructors (Kee / Helena & Laura are my staple classes) and always a brilliant atmosphere. The whole place is hugely friendly with an emphasis on family run/ community gym vibe than profit! Alex - front of house is additionally warm & welcoming! Cannot stress enough how good this place is!
