Crystal Ski

Absolutely horrific service. Took my money twice, said they'd refund me and still haven't, I'm currently out of pocket without a holiday. Utter shambles. Crystal Ski, you're a disgrace.

Just arrived home from a 7 day ski holiday with Crystal in Andorra. The whole trip was organised through Crystal right down to ski hire and lunches on the mountain. Was all really well organised and made for a good trip at a reasonable price. Would certainly book through them again.

Easy booking experience for a ski holiday in March 2023. The only ski company I have ever used, always the best priced. Website and app are well designed with all the information you need and easy to find what you want.

DO NOT BOOK WITH CRYSTAL SKI On arrival at Turin airport (landed at 9 am) we didnt then leave the airport car park until an hour later. Being sat on a stationary coach for an hour was not a good start to the holiday. We didnt then get to our hotel in Cervinia until around 1 pm, a complete joke considering we landed at 9 am. The hotel was ok, but had quite a lot of teething problems and did not live up to what we were sold. We have now been told our arrangements for getting home and have been told we will be picked up at 4.30 am for a 10 am flight from Turin which seems outrageous considering it takes 2 hours to get to Turin airport from Cervinia. The transfers with this company are an utter joke. When the reps came to our hotel a few days ok we asked them about transfers for getting home and they said they couldnt give us any information. They have also told us to leave our luggage in the corridor next to the ski locker room the night before the flight. Are they having a laugh?! Sorry shall I just leave my luggage out for anyone to steal it? This is our first time booking with Crystal and we definitely wont be booking again.
