HJC were great from start to end. With viewings they took the time we needed, answered many questions and made time to get answers to other questions we asked. During the sale process they were very prompt with their communications and shared information appropriately between both parties. When it came to the sale, it was a very stressful process (nothing to do with HJC) but they were brilliant all the way through.

I would happily recommend HJC Surbiton to my family and friends. Nicky and Karen seemed very experienced and were professional and personable at all times. Nicky stayed in touch with me for a couple of months as promised, when I was looking for a flat for my daughter. I was also very impressed with the actual viewing, as Karen was extremely approachable and attentive. She also very knowledgeable about the property and gave us plenty of time to look around at our leisure, answering all of our questions with a smile. We followed our instincts when hiring HJC Surbiton and we received the most professional and friendly service. Estate agents often get a bad rep and the team at HJC demonstrated how this can be unfounded. Their expertise, professionalism and manner is faultless. They are also excellent negotiators and managed the process of selling really smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble. Now that we moved they are still forthcoming with their offer of help due to their extensive network of property professionals. We would highly recommend HJC.

I was very impressed with the HJC team in the professional manner they managed the sale of a small Victorian house near Tolworth for me in March 2023. They were efficient, responsive, courteous and prompt in all my dealings with them. They deserve to do well.
