Selling a house is stressful at any time, how fortunate was I to find one of the most professional estate agents and all the staff being so helpful throughtout the process. Derek Baker and his team deserve much credit for the smooth running of the transaction. His guidance throughtout the process and the timely manner in which everything was conducted was excellent. I was kept informed at every step of the way. I had every confidence in Derek and his fellow workers, despite the current economic climate, that all milestones would be met.
