    Check the attached pictures to find out what a "smashed screen" looks like which will void the warranty (scratch in the bottom-left). Took an in-warranty phone here for repair on 13/02/23 and was told that a year-old surface scratch on the protective glass constituted a "smashed screen" and was the cause of the faulty LCD panel. Hilarious... Next, I was told that the phone "had no power" despite it buzzing and beeping in response to messages, and responding with voice audio to "OK Google" prompts.... apparently the they don't know what "power" is? They wanted 400 to replace the faulty LCD panel that was "caused by physical damage". When I pushed the store attendant to explain why he was feeding me this nonsense, he said that he "didn't want to put his job in jeopardy". Just go to any other store...
