Massively overpriced. Basic room and decor I think I paid around 130 pounds. Was with a small wedding party and the service provided we were promptly booted out the bar the minute the clock struck 1am. Communication skills not great either. Location is good no doubt.

WORST HOTEL and SERVICE ever experienced. Called the hotel for a room booking and was told the hotel is full. However clearly rooms were available online. He lied in my face as too lazy to deal with me. I then showed up and asked him to check me in manually. Room sub standard from maintenance to hygiene. Bath plug defect standing in a bath full of water when taking a shower. dust around skirting board. A/C rattling loud and noisy so had to keep it off but then unable to sleep as it was freezing cold. I paid 125 for this experiences and upon complaint some incompetent guest relations manager who doesn't know how to deal with complaints implied that I was lying and asked me to book another room so that I could get an upgrade. this place is a total joke from start to end.
