2nd time at salon, and both as equally disappointing. Running late, no offer of a drink, rushed hair wash and cut, all on both occasions. Even got told off, when I asked for the front to be trimmed- was told I never mentioned this at the beginning- which I did. End of cut, I had to use a hair dryer to dry my back and chest, as I was soaked through to my bra- from hair being left after wash, said aprons were waterproof which they werent. Website says we want every client to feel special far from it sadly. Service: Hairstyling

Terrible experience. The photo of how the salon stores its tools should provide a good insight into the level of professionalism of this salon. Emre did not seem comfortable with the scissors at all. He completely overthinned the ends and only thought to check in at the end when it was too late. He also asked if he can wash another customer's hair in the middle of my haircut, to which i said yes. However he then also proceeded to start blow drying it. When i raised my concern about the wait time, he said that whilst other salons might deal with one customer per appointment, this is not how this salon runs its business. He did return back to my appointment but be warned.
