It's a nice shop, but I recently purchased a small soft toy for 21, and I just seen that same item elsewhere for 13. There is adding a bit on because it's an independent boutique type shop, and there is taking advantage of your customers...

Farrago is a gift shop and has not displayed "NO Return No Refund notice" where customer can see it properly before purchasing an item. The price of items sold are almost 3 times of the original price from the producer. I wish I had an idea about this shop by reading all reviews about it. The owner/sales woman is very unpleasant and unfriendly. I will never shop from her and I do not recommend her at all. Its illegal to display any notice that deliberately misleads consumers or deceives them about their rights, for example a sign that says the "Business owner do not accept returns or offer refunds."
