        Used the online service to order flowers on behalf of a guest at work. The service was easy to use with clear photos of what to expect. After placing the order, realised Id made a mistake with the date. Emailed to explain and received excellent customer service in response. On collection, flowers matched the photo description and card was nicely handwritten.

        I was sceptical about using this florist given the bad reviews but was rushing around and didn't have time for an alternative. I can honestly say my experience was entirely positive, Simon was super help and has beautiful flowers! I'll be buying all my flowers from here in future. If you're not sure about going, please do, it's awful for independent businesses when people leave poor reviews.
