        Emergency call out on a Sunday night after I accidentally drilled into cable. Good service, an electrician was sent immediately and came exactly on time and checked that was no immediate health risk. From what I could tell he seemed an honest chap was working for the whole hour that he was on-site. The hourly fee was 160 which was not unreasonable for a Sunday. Would recommend, at least in this case to for peace of mind of an urgent problem

        Arranged an appointment over the phone - time and date clearly confirmed yet a no show. When I called to chase up, I was promised a call back which also never happened. Such poor service and extremely rude
