        I needed My blazer for school and I came when the opening hours said they were open the they were closed. I waited for 45 minutes and had to get in trouble for not having my blazer. 1 star

        My husband tried to get my coat cleaned as my baby threw up on it. I had wiped the sick off but it was still in the fabric and it's a down feather coat so I can't wash it at home. He brought it in and they told him he needed to rinse the coat first. He took it home and rinsed it under the shower (despite me thinking that I may as well put it in the washing machine at this point). He took it back, only to be told he needed to dry it before bringing it in. I don't think they want customers here - what a joke! Will be taking to one of the MANY other competitors in the area.
