    Utterly appalling "service". Sent off my faulty lens, heard nothing. Eventually figured out through DHL that it had been delivered. Several weeks later got the only unsolicited email i ever had from them, saying they couldn't find anything wrong with the lens. I repeated the information i'd already given them on the fault. Several more weeks waiting and chasing, eventually to be told again that they couldn't find any fault and asking if i wanted the lens returned(!). More weeks of chasing and no lens, and then the nasty surprise of a hefty bill for return postage! So as i write i've been without the lens for THREE MONTHS, it's cost me 60, it hasn't been (and won't be) fixed -- and i still haven't got it back.

    Long long wait (2 months) for a poor service. Sent in a 400m F2.8 for repair, lens came back more broken than when it was sent. Yet charged for a repair which appears not to have been done. Lens covered in brown paper dust inside and out. Don't answer emails, telephone number puts you on hold then drops line, then when you do get through bounces you from team to team. Hopeless. Poor Service.

    Whilst I was happy with the work carried out on my camera the speed of service left a lot to be desired. I waited over a week for an estimate which I accepted straight away and then had to chase Nikon twice before they commenced the repair nearly two weeks later. I had to chase again to get the repair completed and the camera returned. In all it took over 3 for them to carry out the work.
