My Macbook died overnight for some unknown reason. I took it to Apple who, after I'd waited for almost three hours, took a look, stated they couldn't see what was wrong and gave me a huge quote for a replacement motherboard. I went to Metacube for a second opinion and they tried their best but failed to fix the problem. Basically the computer was a write-off. I know they had it in pieces and ordered the parts they thought might revive it but to no avail. They still get a top review as they were honest, upfront and didn't even charge me a fee as the machine was dead. I will definitely use them if I get another computer issue. They know what they are doing.

They still get a top review as they were honest, upfront and didn't even charge me a fee as the machine was dead.
I will definitely use them if I get another computer issue. They know what they are doing.
