Good service and knowledgeable staff. I have used them on a regular basis for 5 years or so and have has consistently great service. I generally use them for design and printing etc. Have also used there binding service a couple of times and the results were excellent.

I have used Prontaprint Surbiton many times over the last 5 years for business duplicating and some occasional printing, They have never been cheap but are convenient. I today took a mixture of 70 sides of A3 and A4 legal documents to be scanned to PDF. The estimate I got back was for 450 + VAT equating to about 7 per side. Somewhat taken aback, I got quotes from 2 other firms - one was 50 pence per side and another 60 pence per side. Both were for manual feeding. I would have paid twice this for the convenience, but 12 times is insulting. I took this up with the manager who appeared disinterested. I retrieved the documents and took them elsewhere. Draw your own conclusions.
