        I had contract till December 24 and I asked if somebody is interested in renting a garage I would give away in October. Have Been told that someone will take it and I can drop the key. Have Been calling the office for updates as they wouldnt answer my email and they couldnt provide me with clear information when they will inspect the garage and when I will get the refund but I have been assured that I was not charged any longer since the key have been given back. Now after 4 weeks they said Im getting a refund from 1 November and dont matter when I dropped the key (which was 10th of October. Nice garages all good during rental, But when it come to the end it was poor management and miscommunication in the office.

        10th June 2016 NPH&B deserve credit for standing their corner from a Chandlers House Director & head lease holder who is trying to deflect critism of his own dire performance and blame NPH&B for his total missmanagement of the building and financial affairs of CHMC Ltd.
